These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through dogisgood.com, including retail orders for individual consumers (“B2C”) and wholesale purchases for approved business accounts (“B2B”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General Terms

Dog is Good, LLC provides products and services for personal and commercial resale use, depending on your customer account type. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All products displayed on our website are offered subject to availability. We make every effort to represent colors and designs accurately, but variations may occur based on individual device settings.


2. Ordering and Payment (Retail Customers)

Retail orders are processed securely through our online checkout system. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed via email. Orders cannot be changed once they have been processed for shipment. Dog is Good reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.


3. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be applied based on your shipping address. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.


4. Shipping and Fulfillment (Retail Customers)

Most retail orders ship within three to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume seasons, such as the holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates and methods are displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Dog is Good is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, nor for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Retail Customers)

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@dogisgood.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item(s) back using a trackable method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt of returned items.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery with a photo and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

6. Pre-Orders (Retail Customers)

From time to time, Dog is Good may offer items for pre-order. Payment will be collected at checkout, and estimated ship dates will be provided. These dates are approximate and subject to change based on production schedules. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the in-stock portion separately or hold the entire order until all items are ready.


7. Wholesale Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply specifically to approved Dog is Good wholesale accounts. General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Minimum Order Requirements

Initial orders require a minimum purchase of $300.

Reorders require a minimum purchase of $200.

A small order fee of $15 will be charged for orders less than this amount

Pre Orders

On occasion we will allow new products to be sold as “Pre Orders”.

Pre order items must be placed on their own separate order. They cannot be combined with in-stock items.

If a customer submits a mixed order containing both in-stock and preorder products, the order may be canceled or delayed until corrected.

Estimated ship dates for preorder items will be provided, but are subject to change.

Important to Your Order

Always double-check item color, size, and shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot make changes once an order has shipped.

Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please ensure it is current and correct. Saving it to your account will save you time in the future.

International Orders – Dog is Good is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes.

Please make sure that if you have any questions regarding sizing to do so before you place your order.

Backorders 

Every effort is made to ship orders complete.

Incomplete orders may be held briefly so all items can ship together.

For extended delays, partial shipments will be sent. 

Backorders that have a delay of 30 days or more will be refunded or cancelled. 

If you want backorders to automatically be canceled, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Fulfillment

Orders are submitted to DIG as a draft and wait to be approved.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

If order needs to be expedited, send a notification email to: customerservice@dogisgood.com and expedited shipping will be applied if possible, however, we cannot guarantee it.  

Same day shipment after November 20th is not to be expected, as this is high volume holiday season.

There are 3 shipping selections available in the cart checkout. If you require a different shipping method, send email to customer service and we will see if our shipper can accommodate it.

Most wholesale orders ship within 2 business days.  

*Dog is Good is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Dog is Good is not responsible for shipping charges or any additional fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Dog is Good, LLC. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

Dog is Good, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
