Terms of Service
General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Minimum Order Requirements
Initial orders require a minimum purchase of $300.
Reorders require a minimum purchase of $200.
A small order fee of $15 will be charged for orders less than this amount
Pre Orders
On occasion we will allow new products to be sold as “Pre Orders”.
Pre order items must be placed on their own separate order. They cannot be combined with in-stock items.
If a customer submits a mixed order containing both in-stock and preorder products, the order may be canceled or delayed until corrected.
Estimated ship dates for preorder items will be provided, but are subject to change.
Important to Your Order
Always double-check item color, size, and shipping address before finalizing your order. We cannot make changes once an order has shipped.
Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please ensure it is current and correct. Saving it to your account will save you time in the future.
International Orders – Dog is Good is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes.
Please make sure that if you have any questions regarding sizing to do so before you place your order.
Backorders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete.
Incomplete orders may be held briefly so all items can ship together.
For extended delays, partial shipments will be sent.
Backorders that have a delay of 30 days or more will be refunded or cancelled.
If you want backorders to automatically be canceled, please inform us at the time of ordering.
Fulfillment
Orders are submitted to DIG as a draft and wait to be approved.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
If order needs to be expedited, send a notification email to: customerservice@dogisgood.com and expedited shipping will be applied if possible, however, we cannot guarantee it.
Same day shipment after November 20th is not to be expected, as this is high volume holiday season.
Shipping
There are 3 shipping selections available in the cart checkout. If you require a different shipping method, send email to customer service and we will see if our shipper can accommodate it.

Most wholesale orders ship within 2 business days.
