Do You Have a Retail Store? 

Dog is Good products are primarily sold online through our website, you can shop anytime, 24/7. We don’t currently have a physical retail location, but we do have mobile pop-up shops that appear across the entire country at events, festivals, shows and more!

 

Do You Offer Wholesale or Pop-Up Opportunities?

Yes, we offer both and they’re designed for different types of partners.

Wholesale:

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. If an item is out of stock or custom printed, processing may take a little longer and we’ll notify you if that happens.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

Can I Change or Cancel My Order After It’s Placed?

Sometimes! If your order hasn’t begun processing yet, we may be able to update it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes. 

 

What Sizes Do You Offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes across many apparel styles (e.g., tees, sweatshirts, hoodies). Our standard sizes offered are small - 3xl. Specific sizing details are listed on each product page. Most of our apparel fits true to size. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we typically recommend sizing up. If you need help picking the right size, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help!

 

How Should I Care for My Apparel?

For best results, wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly over printed areas to preserve design quality.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship within the United States and to some select international destinations.
