Terms of Service

General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Holiday Season

Due to the high volume of orders we experience during the holiday season orders may take longer than our normal shipping time – Re: Shipping Times - USPS First Class 1-5 business days and International Orders are longer.

Important to Your Order

Always make sure to double and triple-check your item/s color, size, and email address before finalizing your order! We cannot make changes to your order once it has shipped.

Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please make sure that it is current and your shipping address is the one you want the items sent to.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Dog is Good. is not responsible for  any additional shipping charges or fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc. 

SIZING: Please make sure that if you have any questions regarding sizing to do so before you place your order. 

Backorders

Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. Back ordered items over an extended period of time, the orders will be shipped partial.  

Promotions

Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last. Dog is Good reserves the right to limit or exclude any promotion. It is valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other offers. Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders. All promotions exclude gift certificates and are only available for orders placed on www.dogisgood.com. Promotions are for retail orders only, does not apply to wholesale orders. Shipping

All shipments both domestic and international are sent via USPS and shipping cost is calculated by weight. Anything over 13 oz. does not qualify for USPS First Class shipping and must be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days - USPS First Class shipping takes 1-5 days to get to you. International orders take longer to get to you. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package.

If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse.

Dog is Good is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Dog is Good is not responsible for shipping charges or any additional fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc.
